Up and running in a day. Running itself by week two.
No IT department. No six-figure implementation. Just a straight path from importing your fleet to closing your first billing cycle.
Phase 1 · One-time setup
Get the foundation in place
Bring your people and fleet on board
Drop in your members, drivers, and vehicles. Bulk import from a spreadsheet or add them one at a time—whatever's faster for you.
- Member profiles with IDs, photos, and facility affiliation
- Drivers with license class, hire date, and role permissions
- Vehicles with plate, VIN, capacity, and maintenance schedule
- Multi-facility and multi-company scoping out of the box
Connect your trip sources
Plug in your brokers and partners once—trips flow in on their own after that. Or create trips manually and import in bulk anytime.
- MTM Link and CTS broker ingestion
- Inbound trip requests from CareNest adult day care partners
- Bulk CSV import for legacy data or weekly uploads
- Manual trip creation for same-day add-ons
Build your recurring routes
Set up a route once with its origin, destination, and schedule. Assign members with their day-of-week and stop position—it runs itself from there.
- Daily, weekday, or custom recurrence patterns
- Per-member day-of-week schedules and stop positions
- Default driver and vehicle per route, override by date
- AI optimizer sequences stops and trims dead miles
Phase 2 · Daily loop
The rhythm that runs itself
Dispatch opens the board
One screen shows every route, every driver, every stop. Drag-and-drop adjustments, instant reassignment, live status the moment something changes.
- Live vehicle map powered by OneStepGPS
- One-click ad-hoc trips for same-day add-ons
- Filter by facility, driver, or vehicle
- Session-level overrides without touching the master schedule
Drivers run the day from the app
Native iOS and Android apps give drivers turn-by-turn nav, one-tap status updates, and offline GPS so they're never stuck in a dead zone.
- Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections with photos
- E-signatures with GPS-stamped timestamps
- Custom forms for state and broker requirements
- Real-time sync with the dispatch board
Billing, payroll, and reports close it out
Broker payments reconcile against the trips you ran. Driver payroll runs off actual hours. Reports email themselves to whoever needs them.
- Remittance reconciliation for MTM, CTS, and others
- Private pay invoicing via Stripe
- Driver payroll with overtime and adjustments
- Scheduled email delivery for any report

Common questions
You were probably about to ask
How long does onboarding really take?
Most operations are running their first live route within a day. Full migration of historical data typically wraps in a week—we help with the bulk imports.
Do I need an IT team?
No. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can run ZeitRide. The apps are in the App Store and Google Play—drivers install them and sign in.
What if my broker isn't listed?
Most brokers accept a standard trip file. If you're on MTM Link or CTS we integrate directly; for others we'll import CSVs or wire up a custom pull—talk to us on the demo.
Can I keep my existing billing flow?
Yes. ZeitRide handles end-to-end billing natively, but you can also export trips to your current billing tool if that's working for you.
Want to see your own workflow on ZeitRide?
Bring a route, a couple of drivers, and your current process. 15 minutes, zero pitch.
