ZeitRide Health LLC (“ZeitRide,” “Company,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website (including zeitride.com), our web application at https://app.zeitride.com, our mobile application “ZeitRide Driver” available on the App Store and Google Play, and related online services (collectively, the “Services” or “Platform”). It also applies to users who contact us through other communication methods such as email or phone.
Please read this Notice carefully. If any term in this Notice is unacceptable to you, please do not use our Platform or provide us with any personal information. This Notice does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content offered by third parties or linked to from the Platform. Data collected by third parties is covered by their own privacy notices.
In this Notice, “Personal Information” means any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1. Your Information We Collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

- Location data from the ZeitRide Driver mobile app during active shifts, used to display vehicle positions on the dispatcher’s live operations map and confirm drivers are on their assigned routes

- Mobile app data: app usage, crash logs, performance, mobile device identifiers, notification tokens (for the ZeitRide Driver app)

- Public profiles or business directories
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google, Firebase)
- Business partners or integrations (e.g., scheduling or payment systems)

5. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy, including how we handle information related to SMS/text messaging. This section outlines how we collect, use, and share mobile data specifically for text message communications.
No Selling or Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information to any third parties for any purpose. No phone number or mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates. All such categories specifically exclude SMS/text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Permitted Use by Service Providers
We may share your mobile number and SMS opt-in status only with trusted third-party service providers (such as messaging platforms, telecom carriers, and infrastructure vendors) who assist us in:
- Delivering SMS/text messages related to service updates, account alerts, and appointment reminders
- Managing opt-in and opt-out preferences
- Ensuring message deliverability
- Maintaining compliance with messaging regulations
These providers are contractually obligated to use your information solely for these services and not for their own use or unrelated purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to understand user behavior, improve our services, and deliver content. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, but some features may not function properly. You can also manage your preferences via our cookie preferences tool in the footer.
7. Mobile App Permissions (ZeitRide Driver)
Our ZeitRide Driver mobile app may request access to:
- Location (While Using the App): To display your vehicle on the dispatcher’s live operations map while the app is open and your shift is active.
- Location (Background / “Always”): To continue sharing your vehicle’s position with dispatch even when the app is minimised or the screen is off, so dispatchers can see live vehicle positions throughout your shift. You will be shown a clear in-app disclosure and asked to grant this permission explicitly before it is enabled. You can withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.
- Push Notifications: For service reminders and account alerts.
- Camera & Photo Library: To attach photos for expense receipts and your driver profile.
Location data collected during shifts is shared with your employer’s dispatch team only. It is not sold to or shared with third parties. Background location collection stops automatically when your shift ends.
You can manage these permissions at any time in your mobile device settings.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is 100% secure, so we encourage users to use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity immediately. No data transmission over the internet is guaranteed secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children without parental consent.
10. Links to External Sites
We may link to external sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to their practices. Please review their policies independently.
11. Other Choices
Push Notifications
With your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device for service alerts and account updates. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Email Communications
We may send transactional and service-related emails. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications by following the “unsubscribe” link in any email. Please allow up to 30 business days to process your request. Transactional messages related to your account or services may still be sent.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at info@zeitride.com. We will process valid deletion requests in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
12. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. When determining the retention period, we take into account the type of services provided, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and any applicable legal requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify you as required by law. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance.
